My wife bought me this seat as a surprise for my birthday. She put it together herself so that I would be even more surprised. She tells me it went together very quickly and that the instructions were very clear on what to do. I finished off the total installation with a Thrustmaster wheel, 3 pedal controls, and gear shift. The Playseat bracket was a perfect fit. I also added seatbelts that I got from eBay for a drift car and they fitted without having to drill any holes. I also adapted a drift car hydraulic handbrake I got from eBay and interfaced it to my Thrustmaster wheel. To top it off I added a Rally helmet with Bluetooth intercom and connected it to my Xbox so I can hear the pace notes. Everyone who has tried it thinks that it is so cool and with the added touches makes it as realistic as it can be. Very happy with my wife's choice. I have more photos if you want them...

I'm not the youngest to buy such a thing like a Playseat, but despite my age (53) I had soooo much fun with this thing!
I really makes PC, PS3 and PS4 racing or driving games so much more realistic and addictive!
I play Gran Tourimo and The Crew, but most of the time I play Eurotruck Simulator 2 (almost 1500 hours, yes i'm a freak!).

So guys don't hesitate, just buy this! You will never regret this!

Firstly the ordering process and delivery was easy and prompt, impressive 3 weeks out from Christmas. Construction was straight forward and my wheel and pedals fit perfectly. The seat itself is surprisingly comfortable/supportive allowing for hours of racing enjoyment. This WRC Playseat has taken my racing game experience to a whole new level.....even my partner enjoys having a turn (never thought I'd see the day)! The Playseat has revolutionized racing simulation. I have always been a massive video game racing enthusiast since day one with just a basic controller. Last winter I picked up a vr headset, wheel and pedals. The Playseat has completed an epic trifecta that has turned my living room into a certified MANCAVE. I ordered the playseat WRC thinking I was going to receive an at best mediocre quality racing seat, and boy was I wrong! The playseat WRC is easily the most comfortable piece of furniture in my house haha. Amazing quality and love the material. When I received the playseat it was intimidating how many pieces there were that I was going to have to put together. Little did I know how easy it would be. The directions are very clear and I had mine together within the hour! Because of the comfort those long endurance races are a breeze. The WRC also compliments my Logitech g920 wheel and pedal set perfectly, fits on easy and secure. If you are looking into buying a racing seat for yourself or someone else, look no further cause the playseat WRC is the one for you!

I loved the seat, the materials feels a lot better than I spected and the shipment was pretty fast as well as an amazing customer attention. I would not hessitate of buying again. Points to improve, the backrest could be adjustable, it could come with a gearshift holder included.

At First ist was my First Raceseat. It ist easy to assemble and also easy to Inderstand how to assemble. The Seat ist really Comfortable even If U sit more than an hour on it. The Support Team was super friendly. And the Seat was delivered fast and Safe. So i would Order again in the the Future.

This seat is comfortable and has many positions to work with. The quality of fabric is fantastic! The slider I bought separately is amazing too, great construction. Racing games are just better with a proper seat and this one nails it. Great job Playseat!

Seat is exactly as advertised. Was worried about it tipping but never had an issue. Well built and sturdy. Only minor issue is there should be an integrated wiring channel for the wheel cables instead of pull ties.

I was planing to order a playseat for over a year and finally did it last month...gotta say I am completely impressed by the quality and feel.
Assembly was easy and after everything got installed I realized how much more fun it is to play with an actual seat.
Bonuspoint: its SUPER comfy

Conclusion:
While its not the cheapest option for a seat and stand I would recommend it to everybody who like racing and wants to get a high quality seat.
Customer support is also great.

I was looking for a good quality set up to use for F1 sim driving.
I looked at various options available and decided that a Playseat was the way to go.

Then came the discision of which one to buy.

The range of Playseat products is excellent and there is someting for all budgets and needs.

I finally settled on the Evolution beause the more upright seating position if better for me personally.

It arrived very quickly and was quie easy and quick to set up.
Build quality is very good and it is sturdy without being too heavy.

I use the Fanated CSL Elite F1 and it fitted perfectly.
I have diven many laps on many tracks and find it is extremely comfortable.

My car control and speed has improved significantly since using the Evolution which is a big plus point for me.
I drive every week in a League race which means I am in the seat for quite some time so it is important to be comfortable to be consistent.

Would I recommend the Playseat Evolution?
Yes I would, and I already have!

I recently brought the evolution white whilst struggling to find a good chair. This chair is perfect for me I love how it feels very similar to the seats in my car. I brought mine with the seat slider and gear shift holder which I would highly recommend to anyone semi serious about doing some sim racing/driving. Moving from a wheel and pedal stand and separate chair to this has been perfect, effortless setup and easy to swap the wheel over. 100% would recommend.

Iv been sim racing a few years, but using a wheel and pedal stand with a pc chair. Desided now was the time to finally get a seat and rig where seat position could be same all the time and so i dont have pain in my lower back if i did a endurance race.
So took the leap and placed my order. Really quick delivery and on time as per the tracker.
The putting it together was pretty straight forward. Id say toughest part is actually getting the pedal and steering colum positions just right but not to difficult.
Seat is lovely both in looks feel and comfort. Since getting the seat in the right positions for me iv even notice my lap times starting to get faster! So even better!
Overall this is a great product which i have no regrets making the leap and getting. If you thinking about this then you should go for it!

Very pleased with my order from Playseat Store, I bought this as a birthday gift for my partner. It was delivered within the 48 hours as promised which I was surprised about due to the ongoing climate. I had tracking updates all the way up to the item being delivered. The item was double boxed and seemed to be easy to assemble (didn’t do it myself), took a few times for him to get the right seating position but once he had it, it was good to go. Playseat Evolution and Gear Shifter PRO review

When the package arrived very shortly after purchase (very fast 48 hour delivery considering it came from another country) I rushed it inside to release it form its box. The wonderful looking seat was packaged perfectly and safely, leaving it impossible to become damaged. I removed the chair from its packaging and with a smile on my face I constructed the fine looking racing simulator. At purchase I was worried of the hours I would have to spend building it; however I soon realised upon installation that this was going to be a very quick task. The instructions were informative and easy to follow. I sat in the seat to test its stability and feel, however found myself struggling to remove myself from the seat due to its sheer comfort. I could sleep in it! I am typing this review whilst sat in it! When using the product you find yourself to feel just like you are sat in a real car, as it gives such a realistic feel, it really is the perfect racing simulator set up, a real 'must have item' for any car enthusiasts. Personally I use a wheel with force feedback (a Logitech G920) and was worried the seat would wobble when the force feedback chirps up like a raging bull, however the whole item is rigid and could take whatever the wheel could throw at it.

To summarise in one sentence I would say: A must have item, rigid, beautiful, comfy and perfect.

Purchasing the seat was simple and quick, you just search your item click on it, add to basket and safely and securely order your fabulous new racing set up. But there is more! You can buy accessories to further improve your already awesome Playseat, for example you could take it up a notch (in terms of realism) and purchase the seat slider which gives you the ability to move your seat back and forth just like a real car! This is also handy if your mates or any visitors fancy a drive on the rig, and they are taller or shorter than you, this is the perfect accessory to easily change the height, so anyone could use it! Also, if like me you have a gear shifter there is the Playseat Gear Shift Holder PRO which is firmly secured onto your Playseat and is adjustable for anyone who wants to use it. The Gear Shift Holder is very stable and refuses to wobble no matter how rough you are with it!

So finally what would I rate this perfect product on a scale of 1 to 10? 1000000000000000 is what I would rate it. It really is the perfect racing simulator from Playseat.

I finally decided to go for it and order myself a playseat, not knowing that 2 days later the whole country would go into lock down due to the coronavirus pandemic! Somehow it still arrived the following week, one day ahead of schedule even, and it certainly has got some good use already during this strange period.

I've had a steering wheel and pedals for almost 2 years now, but due to not having anywhere suitable to mount them and not finding time, I have barely been able to enjoy them. Now thanks to Playseat I finally can do that, and I really am enjoying it so much, maybe even more than I thought I would. I only now wonder why I waited so long to buy one...

Regarding the seat itself, I am very happy with the product. It is comfortable, it's got full adjustability to get the right position, and it's very sturdy despite being more towards the lower end of the market in pricing. I do fully recommend it to anyone considering buying one, particularly if you are not able to or don't want to spend the money on a more expensive setup.

As others have said, the assembly was very straight forward and I had it all ready to go in under an hour, including with the seat slider that I purchased additionally. It handily comes with all the tools you need (a couple of Allen keys) and even extra bolts for mounting the pedals. That part was the only bit that I had a little difficultly with, which was aligning the holes of the pedal plate to my pedal unit (g29) but for now I have attached it through the lower row of bolts only (there are 2 rows on this unit) and it feels very strong and secure.

Overall, a very happy customer!

After doing research and deciding on the Evolution there are no regrets. The seat just plain works. The seat is comfortable. The set up was easy, the Logitec G29 fits, though 2 holes for the pedal didn’t quite line up- no big deal. I share the seat with my kids and it takes seconds to change/adjust the seat for driver changes. We got the seat sliders as well and fell that completes the setup nicely.

Seat setup is easy, getting the right position takes a little trial and error yet entertaining.

First I would like to say this is my second playseat. My previous seat was the challenge i love this seat because it was foldable and it huge me. It was very comfortable. That said the playseat Evolution is very strong and sturdy and easy to assemble. The instructions was easy to follow. But take a little time getting ues to, the seat is wider and easy to get in and out of. I also love that you can adjust the pedals. Overall my racing lap times have decreased, i don't know if it's because of the new seat but i do think it probably because I am very comfortable. Love it!!

I was after a gaming seat to suit a rather unique set-up and the specification of the playseat evo looked (and is) perfect. The seat is comfortable for extended periods of time, the build quality is very good, no wobble or play in anything. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and it didn't take long to put together. Oh and it looks great.

On a side note I found the customer service team to be friendly and helpful.

When the 1st shipment arrived I think the Fed Ex Driver was more excited than me. I has able to put it together with a little help in less than 1 hour. The seat slider was a little tricky but got it done and it works like a charm.
I had ordered the mat but I didn't arrive with the 1st shipment, but was there the next day by the same Fed Ex driver. He was excited to know how I liked the seat, so I invited him in to check it out!
He loved the seat and mentioned that he did flight simulation and was gonna check out Playseat!
The mat really finished it all nicely and will save my flooring.

After many years of non playing video game, this year is a Reborn for me with E-racing. I was playing Gran Turismo, 20 years ago, and now i re discover Gran Turismo with a Playseat Evolution and a T300RS GT.
A New Era of video game is in front of me with this kind of equipment.
All the material is installed since 2 days, so it is a little bit too early to have a right opinion.
I already have ideas to upgrade my Playseat.

Really easy to assemble, compatible with logitech G920, adds the next level to assetto corsa it is a little bit expensive but for me its totally worth it as i wanted to feel like i was really in the game, i will be back to purchase a few more of the extras like the monitor stand, mat and the gear stick support, good job guys and girls at playseat :)

The quality of the materials for the amount spent is amazing. I can't imagine finding another seat of the same quality for this price. I researched choices on the market but kept coming back to Playseat!

Cant believe the difference having this wheels makes. Times on the track are getting better and better and I was good on the controller before the wheel. More realistic feel especially with the feed back the wheel gives. Build quality is excellent really sturdy and comfortable, can sit on the chair for hours. It's a must buy for anyone that's into racing games. Wish I bought it sooner

I’ve been using the playseat for about 1 month now. Setting it up was straightforward and took me about 30 min. Thrustmaster T300rs could be mounted on it easily.
The racing experience got so much better with this Playseat. No more back- or legpain after multiple hours of racing. The seat barely moves while driving.
Materials used are very decent and durable. This is a one-time buy (until you want to upgrade ofcourse).
The seat can easily be adjusted from small kids to tall adults.

At playseat store the rails where as action for free.

Its a whole different experience to sit in this feeling immersed and ergonomic rather than getting hurt back on couch. Its sturdy and easy to adjust to all shape and size. Assembly was easy, but if you experience problems with Ikea furniture you will also with this. All in all its worth every penny!

This seat is really nice and sturdy and I'd recommend it.

The distance between the pedals and the wheel is a little too far for my liking. I like the pedals fairly close to me when I'm driving, and this makes the wheel a little to close to me. I did find a happy medium though.

The angle of the backrest leans back a little too far for me. I like my seats to be fairly vertical.

I think these things won't bother most people though.

I have had my Playseat WRC for about two weeks now and using it has been great fun. The shipping was fast and the Playseat came carefully packed. I was surprised about how it is possible to put so many pieces into such a small box. The assembly was pretty easy mainly due to the instructions which are very clear on what to do. The materials and quality of construction are astonishing which make the Playseat extremely comfortable and sturdy. Furthermore, my wheel and pedals fit perfectly and they do not move a bit during play. The Playseat is also easy to store due to its patented foldable design.
Although before buying the Playseat I had some doubts about if it would be worth, now I have no doubts at all. I am very happy with it. The gaming experience is incredibly immersive; I fully recommend this Playseat. Better than this, it is just driving a real racing car!

I bought the Playseat WRC together with the Logitech G29 for my 73 year old father. He is super happy with it an we raced together 4 hours straight.

Everything fits together pretty nice and is done well. Solid materials all around and easy to install too.

It comes in a tiny box, really well thought how you can fit such a big thing in such a small box. Also this makes it very easy to store somewhere or bring it from one place to another.

Improvements that can be made: The pedal plate does wiggle a tiny bit, so it would be nice to have here some sort of post to give it more stiffness.

Playseat was very helpful with Support Chat before I purchased my Playseat Evolution WRC. Shipping was VERY fast. Shipped from Holland on Monday, arrived in North Carolina, USA on Wednesday. I have had my Playseat® WRC for about 4 months now and can say it was worth every penny. The Playseat® WRC is extremely comfortable, even for those multi-hour endurance races. At first I had my doubts about the stability when I first got it, but I can say that the Playseat® does not move a bit during play, even with at difficult mountain tracks such as Bathurst.
