I searched for many hours on the internet for the right driving simulator. When I came across the Playseat F1, I was impressed by the overall appearance of the product. My concern was the price was more than what I had planned on spending. But, as you can see by my 5 star rating in the price/quality category, that concern was alleviated once the product arrived and I could see and feel the quality in person. Set up was extremely quick and simple. The instructions included were easy to follow, even for someone who is not mechanically-inclined. They even have a way to hide the wires of the steering wheel and pedals so the setup looks clean and professional.
Sitting in the chair for the first time just put me in the right frame of mind for playing racing games. I honestly felt like I was preparing for a real race. The seating position is surprisingly comfortable, and I've noticed I can play for hours without any discomfort or muscle and back fatigue. Even my lap times began dropping due to the realistic nature of this setup.
I highly recommend this to anyone thinking about a home racing simulator. Racing games are so much more realistic, exciting, and most importantly, fun when using the F1 Playseat. I am now addicted to playing simulator games, solely because of this seat! -

+ The ergonomics are good although I noticed some back fatigue if I play for longer periods of time.
+ Mounting was somewhat easy but you might wanna take a helping hand just to make the process quicker and less troublesome. Everything came well packaged and I don't recall anything missing.
- The stickers are one of the faulty points of the chair. They peel too easily and as soon as I finished assembling the chair some of them were already starting to peel or with air bubles. For such an expensive chair I was expecting better sticker work or at least some sticker replacements in the box.
Overall this is a great product worth the price but without its flaws. -

I’m really really pleased with my Playseat, it arrived within a few days of ordering (ordered on a Friday night and had it by Wednesday afternoon which includes international shipping to The UK) and all the parts were very well packaged to protect them. I found no damage or paint defects on any parts. everything is finished to a really high standard which I’d expect for the cost of the item. Assembly was straight forward and done in a couple of hours, I thought the cotton gloves with the instructions to protect the paint finish was a great touch. Some parts were a bit fiddly too assemble (mounting the rail assembly into the frame) but with care and a bit of thought I got it in without scratching anything.Total Calidad / Precio Comodidad Diseño Fun
My only negative comment is that there is no guidance on mounting the steering wheel/pedals. I worked out that the extra leftover screws were to mount those bits and how to position them is relatively self explanatory once the seat is assembled.
Set up and positioning of the wheel and pedals is easy using the rails and the locks are very sturdy, be careful when setting the height of the wheel as I could see this as chance to easily scratch the paintwork.
Overall I’m really impressed with my playseat, using it is is great fun, it’s really comfortable driving position and it looks fantastic. -

I got my fiancé the f1 playseat in red for Christmas, he loves competing in online races on gran turismo and F1 now that he can no longer competitively cart due to an injury. He absolutely loves it. It’s enhanced his race craft, the frame is extremely sturdy and solid so there’s no give when on the breaks or accelerator, it’s a fantastic rig. It looks amazing in the red and stands out in his gaming room. It was an investment but 100% worth it. My fiancé has never been comfortable in any of his gaming rigs due to being 6’2” but the adjustability of this rig is just perfect for him. Every penny spent on this seat is more than worth it, the build quality and detail are amazing . The driving position is perfect . It really does make you feel like you are in an F1 car.
