I have a Thrustmaster t300rs gt racing wheel and bought this chair to mount it on in order to race on my ps4 and pc. This chair has far surpassed my expectations. I have had an absolute blast with the beginning of my new hobby of sim driving. This chair is sturdy (I'm a big guy at 6'4" and 300lbs) and comfortable. I have no issues with my height and the adjustments that it allows for the wheel height and distance, along with the distance to the pedals. I would recommend this product in a heartbeat, and already have.

Very affordable and great value. I've played around with the Playseat Evolution Black for the last couple of days and I'm very pleased. The thing is very sturdy and does everything I want it to do.

The setup was also pretty straight forward and took no time at all. It's also easy to move the thing around and the seat can be adjusted forward so it takes up less space. If you want to take your driving games up to another level the Playseat Evolution is a no brainer.

The free shipping to Iceland was also a fantastic touch!

The seat arrived more promptly than expected. It was a little tricky to put together, I could have used an extra pair of hands. The seat slider made it harder but was worth it.
The driving position is good and my logitec wheel and pedals attach to it firmly.
The centre post impedes the brake pedal very slightly but thats a minor gripe.
I haven’t used it at length and I’m a heavy guy so can’t vouch to how it stands up yet but so far, i would recommend this product and i would buy it again.

i've been debating if i should invest in a racing cockpit for several years. I finally decided to purchase the Evolution Alcantara and a G29 wheel. Setup was easy and i'm not the hands on type at all. Frame is very sturdy and all components are adjustable. The cockpit contains a bar down the center, i haven't had any issues with left foot or right foot braking, though right foot braking is more comfortable. Gaming in a racing cockpit definitely adds an awesome level of immersion, so if you are on a tight budget id definitely recommend the Evolution Alcantara + G29 setup :) Also i improved my lap times on GT Sport after 1 day of use ;) so that i'm super happy about :)

Going from a wheel stand to this is an absolute delight. I have a Logitech G29 and it works beautifully with it. Having the wheels and seat and pedals all braced together means you don't get the usual distractions of a wheel stand constantly trying to shift position.

When you get the box you will think "Well they forgot to pack something in here" because it is far too small to contain everything. I can only assume the guys at playseat store spend half their life in a sardine packing factory and the other half playing tetris, because from this small box emerged everything I ordered.

All the stuff is good quality and fits together well. Don't rush the build part, enjoy it. look at it like it is the best meccano set you will ever use.

Once built dont go strapping down all the wires to the frame straight away, have a few hours of getting used to it. I thought I had the perfect driving position but after playing for a couple of hours i tweaked it around, so best to get happy with the set up before you commit to where you run your wires.

If you get a shifter stand get the ones that attach down near the seat and not up by the wheel, it is a much more natural place for it to be.

I am 41, i should have grown out of stuff like this but I was grinning like an idiot on my first go. Love it.

I’ve always been a big Dakar fan and when I saw the Tim Coronel Dakar Team chair, I didn’t hesitate. I like the appearance of this chair very much, because it really looks like a racing chair. It also feels like a racing chair, which makes it way better than playing racing games on a couch or normal chair. Now my competitors can eat my dust!
